We have fully furnished flat share accommodation, single and double rooms with own toilet and showers. Rates are from $190pw inclusive of electricity and water for singles, and double rooms from $350pw including electricity and water bills. flat share rates are from $380pw.
Deposits are 4 weeks' rent, or 3 weeks if stays are shorter than 4 weeks. For flat share, deposits are 4 weeks' rent.

Sydney Central Station is 8 mins on the bus and 20-25 mins walk. The City is only 10 mins on the bus. Sydney's International and Domestic Airport is 15 mins on the train to Central Station. There are many buses to the beautiful beaches like Bondi Beach, Coogee Beach, and Maroubra and Clovelly Beach.

Horse Riding, or jogging in Centennial Park, Sydney's most beautiful parklands, with beautiful birds and animals. A picnic at the Park is a delightful experience as the swans and ducks and cockatoos feed from hand. There is also 18 hole golf course within 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes are nearby and many shops open 7 days a week and right up to midnight. Chinese, Korean, Japanese mini-markets cater to customers seeking exotic food and products. Hair-dressing shops, entertainment centres are within walking distance.
